1989: Establishment: foundation of Column Advertising Division and Vending Machine Division
1991: Foundation of ESMA Press and PR Agency (Westel Press)

1999: Reklámvill Ltd. is owned by ESMA in 100 %; acquisition of majority stakes in Peron Advertising Ltd.
2000: Acquisition of QIB Ltd. and QBH Ltd.
2001: Establishment of MBA & ESMA Engineering, Serbia-Montenegro; acquisition of DGW Media Ltd. and its merging in; certification in line with MSZ EN ISO:9001 (MIR)
2004: Obtaining the licence for the distribution of Volanbus advertising surfaces; acquisition of Régió Media Ltd; name of Westel Press changed to Mobil Press
2005: Mobil Press got out of ESMA portfolio; acquisition of majority share in UniCom Advertising Ltd.; acquisition of News Outdoor (renamed to QIB City Advertising Ltd., then merged to ESMA Ltd. in 2006)
2006: Régió Media got out of ESMA portfolio; ceased publishing Vitamin magazine; certification in line with MSZ 28001 (MEBIR); QIB Ltd. changed to Hungaroplakát-QIB Ltd; ESMA liquidated the Car-Parts Division; Techniq Advertising Ltd. got into ESMA portfolio
2007: Transformation into ESMA Pte.Ltd.
2008: ESMA has got new logo and new colours
2009: Hungaroplakát-QIB Ltd. changes to Hungaroplakát Advertising Ltd.
