At the end of 1999, ESMA Pte.Ltd., forming a consortium with two other advertising companies, has purchased the majority stake in Peronreklám Ltd.

In this way, ESMA Pte.Ltd. has the opportunity to offer a wider range of publicity palette to its clients enabling them to transmit their messages to the customers more efficiently. The whole advertising portfolio covers the public transport vehicles, the BKV (Budapest Transport Company) establishments, as well as the advertising surfaces of BKV sports club.
