The Vending Machine Division of ESMA Pte.Ltd. has a great deal of business experience of more than 19 years in the field of the operation, distribution and servicing of food and drink vending machines. The venture was one of the first companies operating vending machines on the domestic market.
ESMA Pte.Ltd. is the authorized trade representative of the internationally acclaimed Spanish AZKOYEN company. Our highly qualified and well trained specialists and technicians fulfil the tasks connecting to the machines’ servicing, maintenance and service part supply.
In the course of the passed years we successfully accommodated ourselves to the change in the customers’ requirements and in due time made a change towards the service of top professional quality.
By now, in the frame of the quality assurance and environment protection system in line with standards ISO 9001, MSZ EN ISO 14001 and MSZ EN 28001 we have been operating hundreds of vending machines.
We are one of the few companies, who appear on the domestic market with brand new industrial equipment and goods meeting high quality requirements. Our Division continuously develops the means, stocks and personnel in order to serve the customers at higher and higher level, in compliance with the requirements of the European Union.
Our vending machines are charged and maintained on daily basis and serviced as required, by our highly qualified, well trained charging and servicing specialists having ÁNTSZ exam and licences.
In Hungary ESMA Ltd. obtained first the certification for MEBIR system in the frame of the international accreditation process by NQA. The adoption of the up-to-date management systems produces evidence for the undiminished development of ESMA Advertisement Pte.Ltd. The Company management, being aware of the fact, that the European Union and Hungary rendered the labour safety requirements more stringent, and also being sensible of the responsibility for the employee’s health protection and safety at the working place, was among the firsts who introduced the integrated management system covering the quality sound operation, environment awareness, working place health protection and safe operating conditions, in line with the requirements of standard MSZ 28001 (its international equivalent is OHSAS 18001), and obtained the accredited certification for this system.
The new system was integrated into the previously introduced quality and environment-sound management systems. This accreditation process, too, was performed by “Első Magyar Tanúsító Kft.” (the First Hungarian Auditor Co.), the Hungarian representation of the British National Quality Assurance Limited (NQA), one of the leading accrediting organizations in the world.
The certification process took place on 18-19th July, 2007 under the control of the accrediting body UKAS and met with double success:
On the one hand, as a result of the UKAS audit the auditor company (NQA) obtained successful certification, and on the other hand ESMA Pte.Ltd. obtained first in Hungary the certification for MEBIR system, in the frame of the accreditation process by NQA.
All these certify those efforts and results, reached by the Company management and the employees collectively.
